The course is located in 25-minutes drive from Sakudaira Station, a stop for Hokuriku Shinkansen Express, and opend in
1989 in Tateshina town , Nagano Prefecture, and it layouts relatively flat terrain, and you can not feel the ups and downs when you look at each hole. It is unusual for the 16th hole to have a
height difference of 50 to 60 m from the tee ground to the green, but the view from this hole is exceptional by far. Pen Cross of bent grass is used for greens and zoysia for Rough and fairway.
The 2nd hole, par 5, 490 yards, at tee shot, you should be careful for OB zone on the both side and keep the left side for second shot, then you should avoid the bunker in front of the green and
better lay up at about 100 yards in front. The slope of the green on the right side is steep so that you should not carry over the green. OUT course, 5th. hole, par 4, dogleg right. The tee shot
should be avoided the bunker on the right side, and keeping the fairway and aiming at green center at approach shot are the points for scoring well. IN course, 13th, PAR 4, 410 yards, are
dogleg left and enough carry is required for tee shots. From 150 yards point in front of the green, you should aim for slightly right direction. The 16th hole, par 4, 370 yards, is a downhill
hole with difference of elevation. The left side is the best position for tee shot, secured the carry to some extent. The slope on the right side of the green is so steep that it is better to
approach from the front. The 18th hole, par 5, 490 yards is a dogleg left, you should aim slightly on the right side for tee shot and must avoid the bunker on the right side. If the pin is back,
it is better to choose more club because green is vertically long.
